The City of Goodlettsville has partnered with SeeClickFix to provide a platform that will allow citizens to report city service requests or complaints.
Please share your requests for non-emergency services using the web app below. These requests are reviewed by City staff during business hours, Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm. This service is also available on the SeeClickFix app. which you can download to your mobile device at the Apple and Google stores.

You can provide contact information and be notified of progress on the request.
Please note that not all streets are under the jurisdiction of the City of Goodlettsville and may require repair from the State or Homeowner's Associations.

As this system is not monitored 24/7, issues related to public safety or those requiring immediate attention should be reported by calling 911.
